With the help of the NBV Enterprise Solutions Ltd (NBV) Grant for Enterprise, Mitchells Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, who have been in existence in Chesterfield for more than 150 years applied for a grant to help enhance their ICT infrastructure and client support.

Based in Chesterfield, Mitchells Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers are more than just accountants. They have the expertise to meet the needs of Chesterfield, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire-based businesses that want to accelerate their growth. Due to business expansion, with now over 40 staff, it had proven necessary for the company to update their IT infrastructure and upgrade their broadband connection. Having previously referred their own clients to NBV for help and support, they decided to apply for the Grant for Enterprise themselves. Mitchells Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers received a grant of £1043.75 towards the cost of their ICT upgrades, which enabled them to purchase superfast broadband, high-grade firewall, ICT equipment, and new Wi-Fi points for guests.
The company is still growing and the grant has helped them do just that. Andrew adds: “We listen to our clients’ needs, identify evolving trends and, through our knowledge and experience, have created a range of innovative and highly customer-focused products and services which has been made possible by enhancing our IT infrastructure. We have embedded the IT infrastructure within our business to provide a stable platform for ourselves and clients who use CloudMitchells.”
