NBV love to celebrate the successes of its clients and we’re pleased to have had WorkFuture Ltd as a virtual tenant for 10years. We thought that their dedication and loyalty to NBV meant we should highlight how their business has gone from strength to strength.

Company director Catherine Albert started WorkFuture Ltd in 2006 with the aim of providing occupational Health & Ergonomic services to businesses. This means providing help to manage employees with health conditions, keeping them at work and reducing sickness absence if they are off.

We’ve grown, created jobs and increased our turnover x5!

Over the years WorkFuture Ltd has grown during its virtual tenancy at NBV. They now have two teams; a mental health team and a physical health team as well as a small dedicated specialist ergonomic service.

Their company provides support with issues such as stress, depression and anxiety as well as guidance for both employees and employers on return to work.  In addition, their physiotherapists provide on-site clinics and rehabilitation to employees to ensure physical injuries resolve as quickly as possible.

Catherine adds: “The ergonomic service involves assessing the worksite to prevent injuries and problems in the first place or in assisting people with disabilities to manage their job. This can involve anything from analysing a whole electronics assembly factory down to a single computer workstation.”

A company on a mission to grow across the East Midlands

As Catherine’s business grew, she found that having a virtual receptionist helped manage her time and her client’s more professionally. She adds: “The virtual office has helped because of the range of services it offers. As we are all clinicians going out and about we need receptionists to provide office hours coverage and to answer the phones. We also find the meeting rooms useful as we require private areas for our clients and assessments and the training room is available if required. “

There’s no stopping WorkFuture Ltd as they strive to target businesses across the East Midlands, offering high quality, professional services to help keep their employees at work.

NBV will continue to support WorkFuture Ltd in their goal to succeed, be it by helping with the photocopying, booking a meeting room or taking the all-important customer calls coming in.

Catherine adds: “I have nothing but praise for the services and staff at NBV and have had only positive experiences. I can see no downside to a virtual office. You get all the benefits of a managed office without the cost.”

NBV would like to wish Catherine and her company all the best and here’s to another 10 years with us!
