Her background is as a fine artist and in workspace development. Following 6 years of working in a creative workspace she discovered her joy of coaching creative people.

Filomena’s speciality is helping people to grow, gain clarity in direction, purpose, gain confidence aligning their values with their creative practice and help them to navigate this into a business. As a creative herself she understands some of the challenge’s creatives face and how developing a business may feel like a big leap.
