His goal was to provide homeowners with an easier way to maintain and improve their properties while giving tradespeople a more efficient way to find and bid on relevant jobs. Paul knew that bringing this vision to life would require careful planning, technical upgrades, and expert guidance.

The grant has brought Work Sheriff now trading as tradybay.com a step closer to its full launch, enabling the business to operate more efficiently and with a stronger value proposition for both sides of its marketplace. Looking ahead, Paul plans to finalise all legal checks and continue developing the platform to expand further across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, and eventually beyond.
