Greater Lincolnshire is ready to take control of its own destiny and has negotiated the devolution of powers and funding with Government to do so.

This would require the creation of Combined Authority headed by a directly elected Mayor. Our plans are ambitious, to boost our economy by £8bn, build 100,000 homes and create 29,000 jobs.

But what would devolution of power and funding mean for your business? How will it improve skills, funding, growth, and transport infrastructure?

The Greater Lincolnshire LEP is going to give you the chance to find out, by hosting two ‘Devolution Discussions’ as our next events in our ‘Big Debate’ series.

The first of these will be held at:

Tuesday 19th July, 5pm-7pm

Each event will include a panel of politicians and business leaders who will provide a detailed insight into devolution, how it works, what powers Greater Lincolnshire will have, and what it means for you.

There will also be an opportunity for you to feed into the consultation on the Scheme for a Mayoral Combined Authority for Greater Lincolnshire.
