We invite local small and medium organisations from the D2N2 area (Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire) to get involved with the new Enabling Innovation programme.

Center Parcs – The Customer Experience ‘Delighting your customers every time’

Center Parcs gives you an insight into how they delight their guests and how it is not just the responsibility of their guest facing employees. Center Parcs have scored over 83% on customer service; above world class level according to the UK Customer Satisfaction Index. They are keen to share their expertise and deliver this insightful session to D2N2 based SMEs.

They will take you through a journey explaining how they surprise and delight their guests, how they get to know their guests and how they get, grow and keep their employees. Center Parcs understands the happier their guests are, the happier their employees are and the more likely they all want to stay.

This event will be open from 7:30am for breakfast and networking prior to the session commencing at 8am.

This event is free to attend, but attendees must register in advance. In order to attend this event you must be eligible for support from the Enabling Innovation Programme, which supports SMEs in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

Enabling Innovation is a three-year collaboration between Nottingham Trent University, the University of Nottingham, and the University of Derby to support SMEs in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire to innovate. It is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
