This Master Class will be delivered by Peter Storer and Phil Webster.
With over 33 years’ experience in Information Technology, business change, customer service, project management and strategy, Peter Storer set up Green Giant Consulting in 2014 so that he could take the skills he had gained throughout his career and apply them to the unique challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses across the Midlands and beyond.

Before running Green Giant Consulting Peter held a number of senior positions in IT and project management at Boots, E. ON, Micros Retail, Healthcare at Home and Midland HR. He has also worked with clients in a huge range of sectors, including engineering, retail, finance, warehousing and distribution, accounting – and the list is always growing.

He is passionate about problem-solving and sees the issues growing businesses face as challenges to unpick and overcome in a calm, logical way. GDPR is one such challenge that SME organisations face and one that can be easily overcome with the right advice and guidance.

Phil Webster is the Managing Director of Pragmatiks Consulting, which is a firm specialising in helping businesses to identify and resolve their operational issues.

Before starting the business, Phil held board-level positions in a number of FTSE 100 organisations, with responsibility for enabling operations to run smoothly and efficiently in regulated environments. Since 25th May 2018, when the GDPR came into force, Phil and Pragmatiks Consulting have been working to demystify and simplify GDPR compliance activities with clients from many different sectors.

Phil’s ability to take the complex and break it down into practical and achievable solutions is what attracts clients to Pragmatiks Consulting.
