About the speakers

Paul Mitchell:

Paul Mitchell has 30 years’ experience in the field of litigation and advises on a wide range of contentious litigation issues. He has experience of dealing with complex frauds and of conducting cases successfully up to the House of Lords.

Tom Mansell:

Tom qualified as a solicitor in November 2021 and assists clients with a range of contentious matters (including shareholder disputes, claims against professionals and contractual disputes) and non-contentious matters (including the drafting and negotiation of new leases and the sale and purchase of commercial property).
