In this half-day interactive Master Class our two experienced facilitators will take you through the following:

• Explore and apply risk analysis, prioritisation and action planning tools.
• Discover the importance of a systematic approach to risk management

We will provide you with practical tools and templates to structure thinking and capture information as well as Learning Logs and Action Plans to embed good practice going forward.

Procurement and Supply professional who specialises in strategic direction, transformation and capability development. Kathrine’s focus is on enabling commercial teams to make the right choices about the sourcing of critical goods and services for their organisations. She believes success is underpinned by a multi-functional approach
to defining business needs, investigating supply markets and ensuring sourcing decisions sustainably support strategic aims.
Kathrine held a range of international procurement roles in large blue chips before setting up her own consultancy and training business, Athena 9 Ltd, in 2006. She has delivered training and coaching programmes for organisations including Rolls-Royce, Transport for London, BP, Liberty Global, Network Rail, UK Trade and Investment, Britvic, Diageo, and RM Resources. The expertise and know-how she shares – bringing tools and techniques vividly to life – has helped these organisations improve their capability in procurement and supply management, strategic negotiation, coaching, mentoring and high-performance teamwork.

Shirley Lewington

A procurement professional with experience in a succession of senior roles for blue-chip organisations. Conversant in developing and implementing sourcing strategies and continuous improvement plans to deliver long-term sustainable benefits to business performance.

In 2000 established a procurement and training consultancy, VFM Services (UK) Ltd, working with organisations to develop professional teams who improve bottom-line performance and service levels from their supply chains.
Has developed and delivered a series of training events to up-skill and enhance procurement teams and those managing contracts for their organisations to deliver added value and manage risk in their supply chain.
